We have designed our taproom to be a friendly and comfortable environment specifically suited for gathering with family and friends (old and new). Come enjoy some fresh beer or craft soda in our taproom or get 16 oz cans or crowlers to go.

A couple of things to know about Tilion Brewing Company:
We are a production brewery, not a brewpub.
What’s the difference you ask? You can drink beer in our taproom or buy beer to take home with you. We also serve a variety of Minnesota made foods, including: Heggies pizzas, Cannon Belles cheese curds, Von Hanson’s pretzels, Three Madd Poppers gourmet popcorn, etc. We do not have a full kitchen, but you are welcome to bring your own food with you or order takeout/delivery from one of the many great restaurants in downtown Cannon Falls as well. You can find our beer locally in select liquor stores and craft beer bars.
We are a family friendly brewery.
There will be many free games and activities to take advantage of in the brewery. Additionally, we plan on having cold press coffee and a selection of craft sodas available for those who do not wish, or are not old enough, to drink beer. Make an afternoon or evening of it at Tilion!
We have a large patio with a beautiful view of the Little Cannon River, including the city’s namesake falls. Enjoy the scenic view while listening to the water cascading over the falls.
Tilion Brewing Company is located at 432 Mill Street West in downtown Cannon Falls, Minnesota. Cannon Falls is located on Highway 52 approximately halfway between Saint Paul and Rochester, a short 30 miles from downtown Saint Paul or 40 miles from downtown Rochester.
Our brewery is located on the Cannon River and takes full advantage of it’s scenery, enjoy those long summer days on our patio overlooking the falls. Come take a bike ride on the Cannon Valley Trail and pick up a growler (64 oz refillable bottle) or crowler (750 ml can) for the bike trip to Red Wing, stop on your way to the lake, stop after a long snowmobile ride on one of the many trails nearby or simply enjoy one of the many festivals put on by the community of Cannon Falls.
