Look for our quarterly and seasonal beers along with one-off firkins in rotation in our taproom:
April – June: “French Tickler”, a French Saison brewed with lavender and lemon zest.
July – September: “Stinger”, a Honey Wheat Ale brewed with Ames Farm honey out of Delano, Minnesota. We selected Ames Farm because they offer single-sourced honey with the location, hive number and floral source printed on the label, making it unique and specific to a time and place in Minnesota. We want the taste and smell of the honey to shine through in the beer.
October – December: “Jacque’s Lantern”, this is a real pumpkin beer. We roast pumpkin puree to a nice warm golden color, then we add brown sugar and pumpkin pie spices. We also have three special winter ales for the holidays: “Wee Christmas”, a Scotch Ale brewed with mulling spices; “Drunken Gingerbread Men”, a Baltic Porter brewed with molasses and candied ginger; and “Rosy Cheeks”, an Imperial Red Ale brewed with sweet orange peel.
January – March: “Northern Lights Blonde”, a Belgian Blonde Ale brewed with clear Belgian candy sugar. This is a sweet, malty and boozy Belgian delight; perfect for warming you up on a cold winter night and just in time to brighten up your winter after you have had your fill of winter ales, stouts and porters.
